At Provenance we like to think of ourselves as a modern interpretation of the village butcher. In 2013 we opened our first shop in Notting Hill and we now have five shops in West London providing our local villages with the highest quality meat from British family farms and further afield. We wholeheartedly believe in sourcing meat that is grass-fed and free to roam on pasture. Our suppliers use traditional farming methods which results in the best quality and flavour as well the highest welfare for the animal. We have a team of expert butchers who have a respect and passion for the animal and the tradition of butchery who prepare the order to your specifications.
